It could be arrived earier than expected.
But, it normally takes about 2 weeks or so because we send our goods through Post Office as airmail not EMS.

I think the other seller you mentioned used different delivery method such as Eurasia.
Eurasia service is more expensive than Post Office service.
In case we use Eurasia service, price of our goods will be higher than before.
