  Did you not realize that it's 11th June 2013 today? Did you say it normally takes 30 days to deliver on normal mail from your delivery date of 4th May???? Even if I walk from Tampines to Tuas, it won't take more than 3 days.
Well if you said "buy at your own risk!!! Seller not guaranteed reliable", I might probably accept your explanation.
You have a choice - refund me or I escalate to the next authority. The ball is in your court.
