As we informed on our product details, the international air mail normally takes 6~10 business days (7~14 days), but occasionally, it may take more days owing to post office circumstances. so we believe that your order will delivered in some more days. For your reference, we have data saying that only a few shipments took more than even a month,
By the way, apart from that, if you do not receive your order within 2~3weeks from our shipment, as our recommendation on the product details, please check out your own address of Qoo10, if it is correct, and then check with your post office on if they have visited you during your absence.
If your post office could not deliver for your absence, they keep your parcel for about 2weeks, and then ship it back to us. In the case of Normal International Airmail, kindly be note that your post office does not leave any registration on your order, so after ship back, they could not remember anything about your parcel.

By the way, apart from that, if you do not receive your order within 2~3weeks, on our product details, we also suggest you to check your address of Qoo10, if it is correct, and then check with your post office on if they have visited you during your absence.

For your reference, we have not experience lost mail since we started to make shipment to Singapore. You can see some complaints of order no.29404815 on below Q&As, but the case also resulted in ship back to us because of customer’s absence and it took 63 days to us.

Dear customer
For your reference, we have made an agency contract with Dong-won and Yang-Ban laver comes in two or three times weekly directly from Dong-Won.
As for your request, we are attaching each expiry date of our present stocks. However kindly note that your actual order could be different from the below ones, because new stocks will come in today, but it does not exactly mean new stocks are more fresh.

At first, please register “Non-receipt” at Qoo10, if you do not know the way, kindly contact with Qoo10, and then let us know which way you want of two options “refund or resend” at service@jomarket.net
By the way, we have shipped out more than 6000 orders to Japan & Singapore since we started at Qoo10, but you are the first case of lost mail. Recently, I get to feel that the delivery system of Singapore is worse than Japan, so we will not guarantee for lost mail any more (please refer to the foot of our product details). If we will keep guarantee for lost mail, we have to raise the prices for hedge against lost mail, but we will leave the choice to customers instead of raising prices. It means if you worried about lost mail, please choose registered airmail when you put order. I hope you kindly understand our stance.

For your reference, The other one of the two could be delayed due to increasing logistics of the year-end & New Year period. We have a case which had even taken more than 45days to arrive.
If you can’t receive it within 3~4weeks from our departure date, your post office might have visited you during your absence, so you need to check with your post office.

This is the fourth time i wrote to you - the third message is not replied yet. I have not received the seaweed after almost 2 months of waiting and it is obviously lost mail. Kindly do a REFUND for this order.
The shipping status delivered is not clicked by me. It is DONE by GMARKET. |

Sorry for late response.
At first, we refund for lost mail after 60days of shipping date, because it takes about 45~60 days for undelivered mail to be returned to our shop if it is not lost.
By the way, we don’t understand your request for refund. There are additional options for shipping method of which you can choose when you put an order. If you paid some extra charge, you can get tracking service & guarantee for lost mail, however you finally choose normal mail without any extra charge. So we think it is unfair and unreasonable for your refund request.
Anyway, we have not experienced lost mail yet, including thousands of orders from Japan which is our main market. If finally your order would be found lost, it is the first case for our shop. So we are confusing what we have to do. Please wait kindly wait until 19th Jan.
