Not my favourite mask, quite troublesome. Best to have someone help you put it, I tried to do it myself and it hardened before i can apply finish as quite wasted.

Bad packaging as items were not bubble wrapped, masks were just placed in the box which was not compact (box too big so too much space) which resulted in one of the mask broken and when I opened the box it was all powdery. Box was dented when received also and seller don't reply to Q&A and emails. Ordered on Jan 20 and took them 11 days to prepare before they finally shipped out on Jan 31. It's ok if they do not give me a replacement but this will be the last I'll buy from snow queen!
