Hi,

Your items were shipped on the 22nd of May via Singpost Normal Mail. Usually it will reach within 2-5 days as claimed by singpost, but sometimes it takes as long as 2 weeks especially for bulky items. We have mailed out your order in a brown box to protect the bra.
Other reasons for the delay in delivery:
1. Incorrect address provided
2. The parcel might not fit your letterbox. If that happens, the postman will deliver to your home and in cases when nobody is at home, the postman will leave a notification slip at the door with instructions for you to collect at your neighborhood post office. Sometimes the notification slip is missing, but you can still go to your neighborhood post office to claim it. Will you be able to check with your neighborhood post office? Please also give us your mailing address to confirm it's correct. Thanks.
