I have a big problem here. Item does not work. When i insert the battery, the shaver does not start up. Instead it get hot!

I have change the battery and it does not work.

I am ascertain that i have insert the battery correctly as i have purchased 1 previously.

Please advice on how to exchange

  I am telling you even if i input a brand new battery of my own, the shaver cant work at all.. the motor is switch on but it cant shave any hair at all. In fact i try on different length of hair for a long time and it doesnt work at all. Please advice what i can do? or should i video it and send it to you ?
