I bought Happycall pots mainly because from TV commercials, it shows cooking soup is easy because of the special lid with release valves that will prevent overflow.
Yet when I tried to cook miso soup (with beancurd and beaten egg), sweet corn pork rib soup, spaghetti, porridge etc. will always overflow, even when the food content is less than half of the pot.
I don't understand what so good about buying it when it will overflow like other non-stick pots.
Can tell me some examples or what kind of soup will not overflow when cooked in the happycall pot with the lid covered? |

I saw the pictures images of the ceramic pans are all different colour but the description describe most of the pans are in orange. Could I check if I order either C or D type will I receive all different colour as shown in the pictures or irregardless any sizes all comes in orange?
If I place order please give all pans in good condition not rejected items by other buyer.

I am a repeated customer of SGS (had previously purchase 3 happy call double pans from you).
Yesterday, I have received the ceramic 5 pots set (order # 80212252, tracking # PKR000650531).
This round, I am not satisfied with the purchase.
1) I have stated "must call before delivery" in the order form but no one call me before delivering.
2) I have requested for English manual but it was not delivered to me. Pls send to me asap.
3) The worse part is the coating of the pots are not totally smooth which is unexpected for the quality expected from Happycall brand.
I found uneven coating and sharp pieces of coating sticking out on the inner and outer pot surface.
With the sharp pieces of coating sticking out of the pot surface (especially those in the inner pot surface), I can foresee they will get scratched off and reveal the inner coating after some cooking and washing.
I feel its not safe to cook for my family with them because I never know whether the pots coating will get into the food or not.
It is difficult to show you the photos of the uneven coating and sharp pieces of coating sticking out because the inner surface is black in color plus the light reflections did not allow the flaws to show up clearly. Attached is the best of what I can get out of all the photo-taking attempts.
I am requesting an exchange for the full set and pls help make sure of the quality before delivering to me.
Pls contact me asap, I have waited one week for the pots yet they turn out to be a disappointment.

Can you reply me fast? Its been 11 days since I paid online and not able to use the pots.
I hope to get the exchange pots in express mode so that I can start using them earlier instead of waiting another 1 week.
Another thing is I have received all the pots directly packed into one big brown parcel without being in their own individual standard box (white in background with the pots image printed in color).
Coupled with seeing the poor quality in the pots I received, please confirm your supply is the genuine original Happycall pots?

We checked the photo and double checked it from factory.
The symptom you described is not a defective coating. The ceramic coating is looks like not be soft and smooth but it is not defective. It can be on producing that ceramic coating was high temperature heat on progress . The pot is original happycall from Korea and the status is normal. so we can not exchange new item. The another pot is same quality. The pot's coating is different the double sided pan's coating .
If you want to exchange ,it need to pay the shipping charge. We are sorry about the misunderstanding,but it is not defective coating.

Put aside the uneven coating, how about the sharp pieces of coating sticking out of the pots surface? You mean they are also not consider defective to Happycall factory?
Obviously, the sharp pointed coating sticking out would be scratched off after some cooking and washing and my family will be eating the coating if they get scratched off while cooking and food will also be exposed to the inner coating.
Can Happycall guarantee the layers of coating are non-toxic to consume?
Very disappointing... I'm not buying $10 cheap pots and expecting durability and high quality... If can accept such quality, customers might as well buy a cheaper brand..
