I was misled by the Q&A into thinking that the shoes are authentic. The signature ribbon is uneven and the quality is not good at all.

No I do not agree. I made the purchase based on your staff's claims that it is authentic. Authentic means it is the real thing, real Ferragamo shoes. The pair of shoes I received is obviously a fake. You shouldn't have said it's authentic when it is not. You can say it's Ferragamo inspiried or close resemblance to it, so that buyers can decide for themselves whether to buy. This is not the first time I have bought things from Gmarket and other sellers are very truthful about their goods, they will say it is factory rejects for example.
I would still like to have a refund.

hello . my server was down for a few days . only manage to reply back to you today .

unfortunately the order number that i have found is different from the cancellation email that you had sent me .

i found this order no: 405040169 , order of FE-005 size 38 . instead of the 25081054 that your side had retrieved .

the funny thing is , i did not request for any cancellation , how come the cancellation of my order was activated ?

if seller ( your side ) told us that there was no stock , so may i ask you , WHAT HAD YOU ALL BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH when i had ordered on april 3 ? you all can check if the supplier had stock for that when u help us to place the order right ? do these involve a very long time ?

when i enquiry about the estimated date , you told me the logistic had problems , shipping will resume again on april 27 .

as a customer , we will think that my shoes will be delivered from april 27 onwards .
