  Hi seller, it's been almost a week since you mailed it out and i haven't received my item. is it normal to take that long? I've never ever had any lost mails before.

Your package was posted on 10 May via Singpost normal mail. It does sometimes take longer for packages sent via normal mail, we have even encountered cases where buyer only receive their package a month later.
