  hello, why the silicon sealer cannot seal the pan properly, I discover both my happy call pan got same problem that the oil or water is leak out from the side. does it damage or how do i solve the problem...

looking your advise/comments...

On back side of double face pan and deep pan have a small hole and oil collecting dish to drain out and collect the oil or to let out steam.
Only small amount of liquid or oil can be collected by the oil dish so you have to pay extra caution to boil or cook with more than little liquid based dish.

When you cook something wih a broth in please use a spoon to stir the food in side the pan with pan open insteade of flipping the pan closed.
Flipping the pan with soup in side can cause leak through the steam/oil drain hole.
It is normal to see a leak if you flip with water inside.

If your pan leaks even on stable condition please change the silicon that is placed on the rail of the pan.

Thanks for advised, but i believe the leakage is abnormal for the pan. First, i knowing that the back small hole is used for collect oil or let the steam out from the pan. But ecept this hole, the oil/water can leak out from the left side of pan. Obvisously, it is the silicon sealer/pan cannot seal/cover it properly since the right side of the pan does not have this leakage problem. Can we solve this issue by ourselves?
