  I had called,Yamato. they said need tracking no. Why can yr company to give me the tracking no. ..... Last year ordered this white chair. Paid last year and still not deliver till today!!!!! Yamato said company is alway given a tracking no. what kind of service you are providing...... No delivery, cannot give tracking no. And no answer for a money refund as requested if you cannot deliver the white chair. This is too much!!!!
