  Hi, do I have to take CLA within 30 mins after meal? What will happen if I take CLA one hour or longer after meal? Is it still effective? Or can I take CLA empty stomach i.e not eating breakfast or dinner at all? Can I take 6 capsules per day? Thank you.

First, even if you take CLA longer after meal, it is still effective.(contain empty stomach)
But if you take CLA without a meal, you may feel oily.
Because CLA is kind of oil. [Safflower oil]

Second, In fact, some customer take 6 capsules per day in Korea and USA.
But there are many Opinion.
Some people said that " It is more effect.".
And another people said that " It is same effect.".
(anyway, normal dosages is 4 capsules.)
