I had paid for registered mail. Order was shipped out on Nov 6. Asked for tracking no on Nov 27, after lengthy non receipt. was informed that the staff had mistakenly mailed it out via non registered mail and to wait additional 2 weeks.

I enquired again on 7 Dec, was informed to check with singpost with tracking no. If so, WHAT IS THE TRACKING NO???

My other order with you which was placed on 21 Nov, order 29501756 has arrived and that tracking no was rr443001525kr.

I am now enquiring about Order 29104047. Pls resend by registered mail again if you can't provide a tracking no for this package.
