Understand that your courier came to my house at 3pm and nobody is in. Appreciate if the delivery time can be done after 6pm.

If not, they can come on this Wed, Thur or Fri afternoon from 3pm onwards. It will be better if they can call before delivery just in case.

For delivery issues,, please talk to the delivery man is the best way. i will also call to the Pantos, but not sure that they will tell it to the delivery man.

The delivery man delivery more than 300 parcels a day so when you receive a call from him and directly tell him about it thanks !
