Yes, your order was placed on 10 Jun, and mailed out on 12 Jun. The package was sent out from Thomson Road Post Office. Although the usual delivery period is between 3 to 5 working days, there are ocassions when shipping via Singpost normal mail gets delayed (up to 4, 5 weeks). This is actually quite a common occurence (more than we expected) based on our recent experience. Please give it another week, hopefully the package will turn up at your mailbox soon.

Hihi, yes we sent off your order just over the weekend. We usually update our customers through email blasts via Qoo10. Not sure if you might have missed the update or if there was a glitch in the system. But rest assured your package has already been sent. Singpost takes around 3 to 7 working days to delivery non-standard mail (i.e. not letters or cards) so do give it a couple more days before the package turns up in your mailbox.

Hi, there is always an element of inconsistency/uncertainty with Singpost normal mail and that is the reason why they only guarantee up to 98% of on-time delivery (http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel.html). We caution our customers against choosing Singpost Normal Mail because there is no knowing whether delivery will be delayed. On good days, they are extremely prompt but this doesn't always happen.
We too hope you will be able to receive the package soon. Thanks!

Hi, the delay you are experiencing is due to Singpost delivery and is beyond our control unfortunately. This is the reason why we caution our customers against choosing Singpost Normal Mail because there is no knowing whether delivery will be delayed. On good days, they are extremely prompt but this doesn't always happen.
Our suggestion is for you to call Singpost hotline at 1605 and relate this issue to them. This sometimes has the benefit of alerting your local branch to keep a lookout for your package. You can also cite the information we provided to you 2 days ago, that the package was sent out from Tampines Central Branch on 20 May. Do keep us posted on the outcome of your enquiry with Singpost.
