  I am dissatisfied with your service and products.

Firstly, the mail was sent with underpaid postage, requiring me to pay an additional $1.25 to receive it.

Next, the contents of the SGP Ultra Crystal screen protector was a front and a back protectors, as well as a small circular cloth. This contents greatly differs to what was advertised. There is no squeegee, nor any stickers provided, and it was supposed to be two front protectors, which is why I had ordered an additional back protector.

In addition, the picture shown in your sales ad was 'SGP Ultra Crystal Clear' screen protectors, but the item I received was 'SGP Ultra Crystal Gloss'.

I am seriously doubting the authenticity your products. Would you care to explain?
