Due to CITY LINK'S BAD SERVICE ,from now on all clothes will become to be pre-order（EXCEPT CUSTOMER FROM MALAYSIA &JAPAN) ,THE PROCESS IS :U MAKE AN ORDER---I RESTOCK---I POST TO YOU BY SINGPOST REGISTER MAIL,normally if ship by singpost register mail u will receive the items the next day after i post them out.so the total period is around 7 days to reach u after u make an payment.
If like before we directly go from CITY LINK to you :it supposed to be 5 days to reach u ,but their service is unimaginable ,after receive the parcel they can keep it 1 week ,10 days ,even half an month then slowly slowly climb to your place.

Firstly ,thank you all girls'support to MAOMAO,as we just start to sell clothes online.there have a lot of place need to be improved n ameliorated.hope every sister can understand.
FIRST:regarding the color:THE ACTUAL COLOR MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT due to take photo in different environment n in different light condition .and our clothes is NOT just the same one clothes tat model wearing,but made in accordance with the clothes that the model wearing.if mind please dun purchase.99% customer r satisfy with our quality n workmanship.seller also think it is not bad.if u dun trust me,buy one first,do not buy many at the first time before you know our quality n workmanship,better for you n me.i will work hard to try my best to give u all the most favorable price.but sure need all of yours support:)

1. You said Item has been posted out..but may I know when do you posted the item?
2. As you say is because this is by normal postage so will took a longer time. Longer time means will took about 15 days and above? Normal postage costed $2.
3. You advise me to check my mailing address..may I ask you whether you posted to the correct address? Because I order some other items at the same day. All items are well received, except this. So may I know is that my concern now?

really sorry if my previous answer let u feel unhappy,coz u know my English is not very good,so sometimes may let u feel impolite or wat.hope u can understand.
1 u can click the order then u can see the shipping dail information including when post the item out
2 normal mail cost 2 because :first my glasses only earn less than $1 ,so i also earn some on postage.less than $1 too,coz Gmarket also need pay 12%severce fee and tax,u can see other seller's same design,same quantity,but they sell $10 plus .
3 i just suggest u can check the address information ,not mean i say ur address is wrong.it just a opion
4 i have state the normal question on my homepage n shop information (reading b4 purchase) we will not take any responsible if normal mail lost.coz normal mail no track information if every one use normal mail then say didnt receive then we may pay a lot of postage.hope u can understand this problem
