  I just received my half boiled egg maker. I tried putting an egg and filled water to the 1st line (with 1 egg indication) but the dripping takes more than 1 hour and still have not fully drained? I cracked the egg and it became hard boiled egg. I tried the 2nd time and it's still the same. Pls advise if it's faulty? If yes, how should I go about?
