Dear Sir/Madam
I am very unhappy and displeased about the SIM-C-305 blue bag which I purchased from your store on 25th April, 2013 at Qoo10. I have been waiting for it to be delivered to my house for nearly two weeks and turns out It was already broken when I opened the parcel and I did not get the chance to try my new product.The zip within the bag is spoiled. It was a huge disappointment for me.
I have attached three pictures showing that it is broken. Also, I received the parcel today at around 12pm and I stand by my words.
Hence, I am requesting for a replacement of the product.
I would like to have the problem fixed quickly please.
I would truly appreciate your help in this issue. Thank you for you kind attention in this matter and I hope I will hear from you soon.
