Everything great about the pans. In good condition and no visible scratches. Only that courier (panto express) sits on my delivery. Have to write to seller to ask seller to chase the courier. As courier holds my pans for 4 days without delivering to me.

U advised me to call Pantos to check and i did. Parcel with them since 8th May and I asked them when are they doing delivery and the person can't answer my questions only told me will get courier to call me before coming.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Even though u may say its the courier who is having the delay, isn't it your responsibility to ensure the couriers you engage do their job too?

You said that delivery will be 1-2 working days by pantos express on your description and it had taken way more than 1-2 weeks and item is not even here. Please get this resolved ASAP.
