When power bank 5600 is drained totally, you need to charge it for 5-6 hours with a plug adapter(travel charger) of output current 1A. In the meantime, the factory used to charge it about 60-80 percent of the battery capacity before delivery normally. So, you may use the charger as it is. Or alternatively, you can charge it fully before use. It depends on your decision anyway. For example, you used to charge your phone anytime regardless of the current battery capacity. Likewise, you may charge your battery charger anytime you want. Thanks.

I bought the charger 500n aug 2012, Iike it v much but lately the charger power dropped down to level one next day even i did not use. Is this faulty so fast not even 1year of use. Very disappointed.

As you might know well or not, both the phone battery and the battery charger are the consumption goods and you need to replace them with the new ones if you've used them for one year. We recommend you to replace your charger with a new one. Thanks.

Hi seller..I've received my replacement charger this afternoon. LED lights were all lit when I started charging. However, after about 4hrs, I noticed the LED lights are "off" & charger is not able to on when I tried to use it. Same problem occurs as initially reported.
