Hi Seller, while the 5000N is charging my phone, is the LED lights on the charger supposed to be on as well? When my phone first charges, the lights come on. After a few seconds, the lights go off but my phone is still charging per normal. Please advise. Thanks(: |

5000N charger has auto LED off function so as to save the battery capacity. You need to press CHARGE button when you charge your phone with this battery charger. After you press CHARGE button, LED indicators are off soon. But, you don't need to press CHARGE button again although LED indicators are off. The charging is still going on continuously although LED indicators are off. Thanks. |

I have tried other cable but it still does not work.
It does not make sense for me to spend the effort over a $10 item to courier it to Korea even if you promise to pay me back for the courier fee as my house is not near the post office.
Is it possible that I take a video to show you instead? |

The problem probably lies in either USB charge cable or the connector. Please charge it with the other USB charge cable/connector again.
