In the specs, it says can adjust 5 angles, but customer review says cannot adjust. So can the floor chair be adjusted at different angles? |

it is 5 stpes angle. Some of customer might be hard to change the angle. But if you adjust the angle a few times, you can know how to adjust the angle. :)
