I have tried :-
1) Bought new battery but still failed
2) Switched the transceiver of the working mouse still failed.
3) Removed trasceiver, restarted my laptop time and attached transceiver again many times and still not able to RIGHT CLICK.

Nothing work at all.

Please advise.

I bought 2 pcs of Wireless Mouse.

One mouse is defective. And you has agreed to send me a replacement. Thank you.

But, I have a problem using 2nd mouse. Vista 64 OS need a hardware device update. Have tried to download latest patch up from microsoft website and few other websites but all failed.

Message board always said need hardware configuration from manufacturer .

Need help.
