Hi, I have just returned from my long business trip, and started to use the products purchased online at Qoo10. Unfortunately, one of the items (Order number: 26779500, grey-coloured unit) is faulty. Have tested the other unit (Order number: 26779499, red-coloured unit), and it worked on the same bottle of perfume. Thus, it is conclusive that the issue lies with the grey-coloured unit. Would like to seek your help to get a replacement unit. As you are aware (per the email correspondences I have sent earlier to your organisation and to Qoo100), it has not been a pleasant purchase experience - delivery was late, way beyond the expected date. Subsequently, one of the products was faulty. Thus, appreciate your help to ensure a pleasant service recovery via a replacement with a product in good working condition. Hi, really very disappointed yr service for no reply n action taken when i posted to u many times that your item (purple col) rec'd spoilt and waiting for replace a new one or full refund money to me but yet as at todate nothing hear from you. Hope you seriously look into this matters.
