This is the 2nd time I bought the above items from you. One for myself and another one was a gift for my friend. Yesterday, We just discovered that the Hot pink will stained our mobile phone. I do purchased another colour (mint colour) from you too... worried it will stain my mobile phone again.

Please give me an explaination why it will stained? Or is there any solution that can remove the stained?

No. Most of the time are air conditioned. The only time when the mobile phone gets hot is when i'm charging it. I got few friends bought mint colour from you but there's no stained after using and charging it.

My friend only have one casing if return to you, how she bring her mobile phone out with the hot pink stain without the cover.

If you really need me to send the both defect items back to you, you will have to wait for my friend new case purchase arrival to replace the old case before I send both defect items back to you. Hope you can understand.

Since both request are not available, I would want to do for both hot pink casing refund instead. I don't mind you to refund to my Qaccount so that I can use it to purchase another casing in Qoo10 for my friend.
