Dear Katherine,

I think the only reason for the wrong color is that the pink color is already out of stock.
Since the Kitty Caps are very popular and we only have a few stock now.
We will cancel this product soon since no stock to sell.
If you don't like the White Kitty Cap,we can refund you the payment and we ask our friend in Singapore to collect the cap you don't need after you confirm.

Thanks for your reply, I ordered 2 cap, 1 hello kitty & the other is Minnie. Hello kitty is alright, what I requested was Minnie to be in pink. Can I exchange it to pink?

Hello,
The reason for the different color is that the pink color for that design is already sold out.
Our Kitty Caps is almost sold out and only a few pcs in stock.
We are going to remove this product from our shop.
If you can not accept the white cap,
then I can refund you the payment for 1pc cap and will ask the help of our friend in Singapore to collect the Wrong Caps .
