I've tested the charger stand. After 20hours of charging, battery percentage only increased by 50%. The light on the external charger was red, however, after a while it displayed a flashing orange light. May I know what is the problem? |

They are the genuine Samsung products and the quality is perfect. We've sold more than 1,000 pcs to our clients including our domestic market already but we hvn't got quality claim from our clients so far. It seems that something wrong with your goods.
