Shipping services by Singapore Registered Postages for small item mails and TaQbin courier services for big items to your doorsteps, at additional costs. Dear Customers, we try our best to offer deals and products at low prices, hence we bear the cost of offering the option for free singpost postages, which carries a risk of your purchase going missing or be lost in transaction. All items when leave our premises are out of control if you have chose free postage. For a peace of mind, we do strongly recommend customers to choose either Singpost Registered mail or TaQbin Courier services if possible. We will not be liable and be responsible for any lost purchases if sent by Free Singpost postages. We will not entertain lost purchase claims. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, between 11am to 7pm.
All orders received before 4pm will be mailed out that day, orders received after 4 will be mailed out the next day, unless requested but subjected to our conveniences. We'll try our best if possible. All items that are mailed free of charge does not automatically be registered / trackable once items have been mailed out and it is out of our control. Request for (if not applicable for item) or select registered postages to be certain that item will reach your destination.
