Hi Miss Doris, did you opt for normal post or registered?
If its normal post and it is unable to fit in the letter box and you are not at home during the delivery, you may need to go to the nearest post office to look for the package. As it is not registered, the procedure might be more tedious.

  Dear seller, i send u a message on 29april but no reply from u. It's already 2may and i have not yet receive my order. I ordered on the 16april. 17april i receive an email stated that my items already been post out. But why it took u guys more then 2weeks n i still did not receive my order. At least reply back to my question as i need an explanation and not just keeping quite and ignore ur customers.

Hi, the ramen with gyoza set is already out of production for a very long time, we are unable to get it as well. As for the online order, preparing, sending and postage will take a week to reach you (longest).
