Hi.thanks for your reply.i am unable.to reply.to the enquiry you replied so i am starting a new one. It may seem that it is very obvious it is lost in the mail then.can i request that you send another otherwise i would like to cancel this order.cause i have never lost my package before and this is definitely the first time.i am extremely unhappy and would appreciate if you could send another set of my order instead of asking me to wait for your update cause it has been more than a month!and your only option was normal mail as well.and i would definitely have chosen registered mail if you had that option to avoid this kind of problem.please do get back to me ASAP.thanks |

Hi.please answer the previous enquiry.cause i am on the verge of cancelling my order as it seems you have answered another customer's enquiry that came latwr than mine but not mine.i have ordered both the mascara and eyeliner and have waited more than a month for it and it still has not arrived.i would have opted for registered mail but the only.option was normal mail.i would appreciate if you can send the product again as i am extremely disappointed.i have complaint to singpost and i do hope i do not need to complain to Qoo10 as well. I am really disappointed. |
