We have the running stock of power bank 10000EL now. If you place an order now, you can probably receive the goods around Jan 26th-30th.
In view of our past experience, some clients receive the goods within 3-4 days after our shipment but some clients receive the goods 8-10 days later after our shipment. We think that the delivery date often depends on the delivery schedule of a courier company. This is why we can't confirm the exact delivery date to our clients. Thanks! |

Hi, the item stopped functioning after it had been fully used up. Had fully charged it last night and it is not responding to charge my phone today. Will try again to charge tonight to see if it is responding again. As this is the 7th day since i received it, i just wish to know what to do with it if it broke down |

Please be kind enough to advise us of your problem for our clear undestanding by return.
1.Can you charge 10000EL power bank fully? If not, please use your own USB charge cable and let us know the test result by return. The problem often lies in the USB charge cable/connector.
2.If you can charge 10000EL power bank, can't you charge your phone after you charge 10000EL power bank?
Please make sure to press CHARGE button when you charge your phone.
This charger has auto LED off function so as to save the battery capacity. You need to press CHARGE button when you charge your phone with this battery charger. After you press CHARGE button, the LED lights are off soon. But, you don't need to press CHARGE button again although the LED lights are off. The charging is still going on continuously although the LED lights are off.

I'm afraid that's not the case. Even if you said the EL display will go off to save the power capacity, my phone will indicate it's charging or not. It didnt indicate after 15mins. Anyway I tried out using my original samsung micro USB cable to charge. Guess what it continue charging without any EL display going off or my phone stop showing it's being charged. So i think the problem is with the micro usb pin you've sent. Could you pls send a new one. |

Now, we are wondering why there is no tracking no. We will inquire of Eurasia about the tracking no today. If we can't settle this issue with Eurasia soon, we will send them to you again.

I recently received my charger and tried using it today.. I had charged for at least 8 hours and the led display show full battery. After I attempted to charge my Samsung s3, it stopped charging after 15mins. And when I checked, there is nothing indicated. I need your advice or am I able to do an exchange. |
