this is Steven Brinkmann from Germany, leader of a trading company.

I'm in the process to create my own brand as I got many customers for apparel.

My questions: Are you the designer of the styles that you sell? Are you a factory or only a trade company also? Do you offer OEM service for your products?

If you are not the designer of the styles, is there any possibility to get a permission by the designer to sell this styles in Germany?

  Why do I have to pick up items from the delivery co? I paid for the shipping, isn't it supposed to send to my doorstep or letterbox?
