Hi! I would like to check if i am able to exchange the item that i've received as the color of the cover is different from the photos shown and I actually have a exact same cover and the color differs quite a lot. the white color for the base is actually abit milky for the cover that I've recieved and the ribbon is pink instead of red. Thank you. |

Yes. As comparing to the photo attached and what I have is different. As i've mentioned, the white base is a little milky compared to white and the red ribbon is pinkish instead of red. I have one exact same cover and the difference is quite visible (see the photo attached). And so, I am wondering if I can make an exchange for this item as this is real not the color that I wanted. |

Hi, just for your information, the color is also different from the hello kitty cover picture that you have provided me. As it has a white base and not a milky white as well as a red ribbon and not a pinkish one. And the photo is taken by myself, the one in the box is what I have received and the other is my own cover. If thats the case then it's fine. Please provide exact photo of the cover so as to prevent such things to happen to other customers as I think the color plays a huge part and it is such a disappointment when i received the item as the color difference is too huge. |

The box is so old and dirty! Needless to say for the casing! There is scratches all over the casing and the bottom opening flap is so loose after fixing it! Pls collect this item back and refund me the money. |
