This is a follow up to my earlier mail. Pls note that i have put in 16gb card and it seems like the recording does not work as well. The network installation instructed in the manual to download also does not work. Is this set faulty in the first place? Can i send for an exchange?

Please check the box or the clock inside, we will normally put it in the box, or set it in the tf card slot in the clock. Please check again.

  Hi, received item but it was not able to charge. I have another similar product so i changed the charging cable and it worked. And it does not seem to support 32GB TF card. Pls advise. Thanks
