  Hi, I bought quite a number of perfume atomizer from your shop. Most of it works well. But recently, I bought a black perfume atomizer and I couldnt pump in the perfume after a few pumps. The bottom of the item is slanted and I cant pump it the perfume liquid anymore. I would like to request for a new perfume atomizer or an exchange. Thanks.

The spray I recieved is faulty. When I tried pumping my perfume in, it leaked a lot. And all the perfume will be gone the next day. :( waste my perfume. Seller pls help me out. Thanks

  Hi I bought the item on Jan 12 2013 cart no: 81655631. After using it for 3 times, the bottom stopper (where you pumped in the perfume) came off and now it cannot be fixed. Could I get a replacement for the damaged item?

If by next week, you still no receive, please file for non-receipt from your qsm system, the qoo10 will investigate the problem and will follow up. We will keep a look out for any return mailing for your this item. So sorry cos is normal mailing as you have chosen, we are not able to investigate the parcel status as we thrown into the letterbox bin in Singpost and there is no tracking service.
