1) Simply wash the glutinous rice before placing it into the chicken.
2) Place the rice in the chicken at the start of cooking. You may wish to add in 2 cloves of garlic (whole and peeled) to the rice. Thank you.

Hi, I've received my order in good condition. Thank you. But is all in Korean language, will appreciate if you can advise on the expiry date. And if there is any cooking instruction in English or Chinese. ;)

Hi customer,
the expiry date for the product is 2 years after the manufacturing date. The manufacturing date is found on the bottom of the package.

Here is the cooking instruction:
-Add 4 liter of water to a pot, boil it with the package for 30 mins.
-Put a chicken or duck and braise for another 30 mins.
-Add glutenous rice and garlic for additional flavor.
