Not a very responsible seller. Item was cracked and even the added option of energy stones were anyhow packed. All the energy stone packets were not enough to even fill 2/3 of the showerhead AND I bought 8 packets each! When informed, seller kept asking for more pictures of the cracked item. After many emails, seller agreed to ship energy stones (don't know how much) to top up BUT still want more piictures of showerhead. I gave up on seller to replace the cracked showerhead and had to throw it away and told seller to just send me 8 packets of the energy stones. Since 26 April till now, seller has remained silent. What type of a seller is this??? Ordering the added option of energy stones is a big mistake. Each packet is not enough to refill a showerhead and all packets are anyhow packed with different amounts in them.
