Accordng to singpost, the item has been returned to the sender. how do you explain this? u mean just because u didnt receive so u cannot refund? so what is the usual procedure? if i missed the parcel, the item sent to singpost but i still missed it, they returned t sender so by right it is the seller's responsibility now to check and resend or do a refund. Just because u didnt receive on your side so we have to bear with this? Then whats the purpose of using registered post?
Hope u understand that i'm not trying to make things difficult for you. i just want to get things right or at least give a good explaination. I really dont see the purpose of using registered post and buying from you but couldnt get the item or a refund just because I'm unlucky. Then what about those who received their items wrongly or in bad condition? The seller is also suppose to refund or resend the correct item or they are unlucky then no choice? I have made many purchases from gmerket but had never experienced this before. There were a few occasions the item was in bad condition/sent wrongly and the sellers were easily contactable by email (not through inquiry) and a new piece was sent back.
I really hope u could do something about it. |

hi if the item is in bad condition or sent wrongly, is the seller responsibility to resend or refund with the prove of photo taken of the damage product. But miss out the parcel is not the seller responsibilty to resend as we hav alr sent out the item and we really didnt receive the item send back from singpost, and we wont be able to explain to buyer y is it that we didnt receive the item, is not seller responsibility to check with singpost y is the item not received (furthermore it has been months, almost impossible to track back the item). we really hope that u can understand. There is nothing much that we can do, we can only offer u 40 percent off for the new purchase (u can leave us the message)if u would like to. sorry for any inconvenience cause cheers kittykatshop |
