My items still have not been delivered to me. It has already been 5 days. I cannot call the courier company during office hours as I am not allowed to use my personal phone for personal reasons at work. |

I refer to my recent purchase of 3 blouses on 25 June.
I've acknowledged receipt of the 3 blouses and am amazed by your company's prompt and efficient delivery service.
I like the 3 blouses very much but unfortunately, I ordered based on the specifications and measurements for size 36 (taking the recyclability of the chlorides into consideration) and am saddened to find out that I could not not fit into any of these 3 blouses at all as I have a bigger waistline and bustline.
May I seek for your kind consideration for an exchange of these 3 blouses Into Size 40 instead of 36?
I can arrange to send back the items to you for the exchange upon your advice.

dear customer, sorry to hear bad news. We are in Jakarta, so the excange is a bit complicated and expensive ratherthan buy new ones.
Here is the exchange mechanism:
You can return to Jakarta at your own cost, and also responsible to pay the shipping charge from JKT to SGP for 7 dollar and put inside the parcel. Pls avoid using standard Singapore mail, because one of customer's parcel still not reach us after 2 months. Even using registered mail, othere is parcel still not reached us after 3 weeks.
We will send a replacement once your parcel received by us.
