  Hi,

I receive the scale very promptly but upon testing, the value displayed is off by at least 3-4KG. Any idea if it's faulty or any settings I need to do? Lastly, I would like to ask if I can do a 1 to 1 exchange?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I've tried to recalibrate but the reading are still off by 1.5-2KG. It's a pity as the build really seems good. Can I request for a exchange? I can do a meetup to exchange if possible. Thank you.
