Hi,
I have retried multiple times and with new batteries. Each time the keyboard power lights up for a short while and none of the devices I have can connect with it.
Please either teach me how to connect or provide a refund.

Hi,
I refer to my order number: 32720005.
I received yesterday but discovered that I was not able to connect the keyboard to my macbook and ipad. After I put in the batteries and switched on, the battery display light comes on for a short while before going off. With the keyboard switched on, I was not able to detect the keyboard with both my macbook pro and ipad two.
Also, there was no user manual sent with the item. Please advise.

maybe you can have a try with following:
Turn on bluetooth on your device, get to "add device":. Turn on BT Keyboard, wait for your device to discover the keyboard, add it, and when you get to the pairing screen, type any four numbers and press Return ON THE KEYBOARD. Now type the same four numbers in the pairing code box on your device, hit enter, OK
