The full warranty period is within 7 days after the delivery date. We bear all expenses on our account during the full warranty period. If the full warranty period is over but within one month after the delivery date, you need to bear the postage from Singapore to Korea on your account. Then, we will bear the freight from Korea to Singapore on our account and send a new one to you. If it has passed more than one month but within one year after a delivery date, you should bear two way shipping cost on your account. So to speak, you should bear the postage from Singapore to Korea on your account and also you have to pay the return cost, S$5.50 to us separately. By the way, you need to send back the goods to Korea when you require a replacement goods from us. Thanks! |

i already put a note there and stated the correct address to send the item.. because the system cannot allow me to key in the address in Malaysia. therefore i put a note and also send a message to you to inform with the current address.. and just now i check the shipping info from Eurasia. it show the item shipped to singapore.. my address is in Malaysia! please expedite to send the item to the correct address immediate!!

According to current delivery system of Eurasia, your goods can't be delivered to Malaysia although you left a memo on your order. So to speak, the goods should be delivered to the address of your ID on Qoo10 ID. If you want us to send the goods to Malaysia, the address of your ID on Qoo10 should be Malaysia instead of Singapore. Is there any possibilty that someone in Singapore receive the goods for you? i didn't put the address as Malaysia address because the system not allow me to do so. that's why i only put a note to you and keep reminding to send the address as in the note.. this is becos the address only can put singapore's address..
The address is valid in singapore but i do not know who is staying there now. that's my old address while i was still staying there. so, i got no way to check on that.
what if the person who stay there accept the parcel? then the parcel should not return to Eurasia right?!
i only can say this is your mistake as i keep reminding you regarding the address that should follow on the note one.. and u also did reply that u take note on that.. so at this situation, i just want to get my item and send it to the correct address only. just do your best to expedite. thx |

Please do not say to us that it's our mistake. If the address of your ID of Qoo10 was Malaysia, nothing wrong had happened like this.
