I ordered this item and received it today (cart no.: 82250737 )
I have to say I am happy with the speed of your processing and handling out of goods but when I opened the package, the concealer was damaged.
It had dents into the concealer and the cover was cracked and falling apart.

I have to say its not my first time using normal mail but it is the first time an item received in damaged condition.

Could you possibly replace this item for me?!
Because I do find the cap important. And if the item itself wassn't damaged I would have scotch tape it or something. But now the concealer has dents and the red plastic parts has cracks in it. So i am worried about how long this item can last. Especially since its falling apart right now and I tend to use my cosmetics for a long time.
