I would prefer a refund as I no longer have use for it, two months has passed and I have already made alternative arrangements for my storage.

It was an honest mistake and I won't blame you for that since it was lost by the courier. You did what you can as well and at least I know what has happened to my package.

Would appreciate that to be arranged as discussed previously in our previous communications.

However, from some of the images, reviews and queries, it seemed that the price is for the storage box WITHOUT the vacuum bag.

It is rather misleading.

The blue and violet storage boxes look good. Can you offer these with vacuum bags?
