Hi, we may be proceeding with a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Please watch this space for updates.

UPDATE:

The courier company has confirmed that they had misplaced a batch of delivery between 2nd Oct ~ 12th Oct 2012 and your parcel happens to be one of them.

We have processed a refund for all affected buyers as the courier company is not sure if the parcel can be found. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have changed the courier company because of their incomptetance and irresponsibility. Our future deliveries will be done by a new courier company thatwill be working with SingPost. It will be much more secured!

We hope you will shop with us again soon!

  Hello seller!

I am really very disappointed with the delivery company you all choose!
11july they delivered my item to my house but I am not at home so next day I called them to arrange the delivery date on sat morning before, I stayed at home the whole day end up they never come!! Then end up they delivered the item on the following monday and I was not home as I got school to attend. Then they left me call but I never pick up, they told me to collect it at their company. Seriously it is not fault! Then i called back, I told them about the previous arrangement that occur! So the promise to delivered it on this following sat which is 28jul so I stayed at whole the day end up they never come again! Seriously I am very disappointed and angry about this matter! If they want me to go to their company and collect it, I will tell them forget! Just send it back to you! I will just ask u for refund and forget about the pants!
