hi, can you please attach the curling effects for the different size? and also, i own a curling iron but not babyliss's and i actually have trouble with them.... Might be just because it's cheap though. Do you think i'll have problem with babyliss as well? or do you recommend me to get the flat iron as i was wondering if i can use the flat iron to curl my hair? Or is it possible to buy other curlers from you, like the ipro230 icurl >___> oh and i think its better if you put the curling effects up haha, save you a lot of work :3 |

Do i have to wait for weeks for the curler 38mm? coz i saw that a few comments said that they have been waited for the products for weeks. n i dont want to wait for weeks after i have ordered if the stock is not available yet. |

Hi,
We were away for 2 weeks due to urgent matter overseas. It was very last minute, therefore we did not had a chance to let you know in advance. We are terribly sorry. I was also unable to use my phone overseas. The stocks still has not arrive because there is problem on the supplier's side due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish for a refund, you may just click on the Refund button under my orders. I am terribly sorry for the long wait, we did not expect such incident to happen as well.
The parcel had rebound and we were told that the stocks have already been shipped since before Chinese New Year 2013, but it hasn't arrive to date. We are still trying to find out what happened. Once again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
