Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. We thoroughly examine every product for any defect or damage before we ship out to our customers. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective or damaged due to handling by mailing companies, we will gladly exchange for you. Purchases are NON-Refundable.
We DO NOT accept exchange for products which are damaged due to careless use of our products.
All exchange [1 to 1 exchange] will be exchange to the same design (model) that you ordered initially. Unless the item is out of stock, we can arrange an exchange of another in-stock design (model) of the same or lesser value.

Dear all buyers,
We are pleased to advice you that all orders [except pre-orders items ] placed between Monday and Thursday (before 10.30pm) will be mailed out from our store within 2 business days through singpost normal mail. Do take note that Sat and Sun are non-business days.
Do take note while we mailed out your purchases within 2 working days from our store, we are unable to control the shipment processing by Singpost.
According to Singpost website http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel.html,
all small packets mailing will usually take 3 to 5 working days to reach your mailbox.
In some circumstances, we do hear from customers who received the item earlier or later than the days specified in Singpost website.
