Items rec'd but very disappointing as serious defective found on the Hello Kitty and imperfection on the Doraemon.

1. Hello Kitty (order £ 29465495)- beside ink smudged at one side of the whiskers, please refer to photo attached; the casing is too tight to fix in the iphone, the device is unable to be slot in to the case despite numerous attempts, please refer to video clips attached;

Request: apart from the reason that this is a gift for my girl friend who loves Hello kitty very much, the casing is not usable, hence, I would strongly request for an immediate replacement with a new product with the same colour choice in Perfect Conditions, without fail;

2. Doraemon - ink smudged at the gap below the mouth, please refer photo attached although not very clear. Although not very happy with the purchase of this item but still acceptable for this is my own use. However would urge seller to have proper QC check before shipping out goods in the future. This is for LONG TERM business relationship and the seller's reputation.

I look forward to an urgent response.

PS: just notice that I cannot upload more than one file here, there are altogether 4 files to be uploaded, I will seperate into 4 messages. please kindly take note.
