Hi, I bought this device in May, received in early June this year, however after a few use, it cannot start up. I had fully charged the device but only the power button light up in red and nothing else, no image no screen display no sound. Pressed every button but no responds and unable to switch off/re-start except by remove battary and re-insert. Still unable to boot up. Any way to reset it, coz I tried also connect to PC but no reponse or detection. The last recording was in November and it went dead half-way suddenly. My order number was 25869211.

  Hi, i just received my pump and bag today. But my pump isn't working. It suck out the air but at the same time pump it back in. Will you be able to replace me a new pump?

I don't mind buying another 2 plastic bag from you but provided you could replace me the pump.

The minimum freight charge to Singapore is S$5.00 and it's a real burden to us frankly. If you place a new order of another 2 bags, we will send 1 pc of manual pump to you additionally together with a new order.
In the meantime, please place an order after 4:00 PM and let us know the order no immediately once you place a new order. If you don't advise us of the order no by a message in advance, we are afraid that our staff may miss it. Please understand that we are unable to check a memo on the order sheet one by one.

  Hi there, I brought 3 bags this time but one of the bag was defective. The stopper was missing and air is sucked back into the bag immediately after vacuuming. Please see picture. The red flap inside the stopper is missing.
