Hi seller, another point, i selected the light green model, but you sent me the green model instead.
Firstly I couldn't define which colour was that it(i asked you and you didnt tell me which was it too), and then you asked me to leave you a note.
If you can't find the note, i have copy and paste it here for your convenience(the note is the same as my enquiry):
"Hey seller, can i check with you which is light green and which is green? I would like to purchase that green colour cover that DID NOT appear under your individual chinese product review. Please assist.
Thanks"
All in all points to the fact that you didn't let me know which exact colour it was when i first ask and now you are ignoring me cause you do not wish to do an exchange. I informed/asked for your advice twice to confirm, which part am i at fault? If im at fault i wouldnt ask for an exchange of colour, i believe you were the one who sent the wrong product out.
Looking forward to your reply, it has two weeks.
